THE DIVISION'S STORY

Production Operations and Engineering consists of a wide range of media centric roles. We are responsible for managing the entire life cycle of A+E's programming. This is where we produce, transform, broadcast and distribute content as well as run the tech infrastructure for the Media Supply chain. A+E's Production Operations-Post Production department is looking for a Coordinator who is ready, willing, and able to be part of an elite support team for our production, post production, and distribution partners; focusing on various areas of post production such as fulfillment administration and scheduling

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Administer the procurement and ingest of source media for all edit sessions
• Schedule existing, and source new, voice over talent on behalf of production partners
• Maintain the audio mix schedule and coordinate the proper preparation of each mix session
• Monitor and execute the delivery of content to a variety of linear and digital platforms
• Ensure the continual creation and registration of archival shortform content

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

As part of a team supporting the post production supply chain - from content creation to distribution and archiving - you will work with creatives, techies, operational personnel, vendors, and more. You will establish a wide-ranging view of the entire production process and know the nitty gritty of creating world-class content for a major broadcaster.

YOUR STORY:
• 1-2 years' experience working in a high volume post production facility or similar production experience.
• Broadcast television network experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with various tape formats, file formats, the encoding process, and digital delivery methods.
• Experience with navigating and updating media and administrative databases. Xytech MediaPulse, On-Air Pro, Airtable, Google suite or similar systems.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and communication streams at once through a variety of platforms; email, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• The ability to maintain a professional demeanor during periods of higher-volume work and/or pressing deadlines.

Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A+E Networks on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third-party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than eighteen (18) months.
