The A+E Manager of Advanced TV & Attribution Analytics is responsible for overseeing research efforts for A+E's advanced television platform (Precision), which enables clients to target and optimize campaigns using behavioral data vs. traditional demographics; the roles also oversees research initiatives for A+E Performance, which applies state-of-the-art data techniques that measure client campaign outcomes and are used to to optimize results for video campaigns across all platforms.

In both cases, the goal is to work within a team charged with leveraging data to drive revenue growth while advocating for industry-wide innovation in the TV and cross-platform measurement spaces. This will include utilizing advance targeting techniques applications for television and cross-platform optimization as well as deploying state-of-the-art attribution methods to demonstrate effectiveness.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Design and Create attribution measurement studies for client campaigns: Identify best measurement vendor/s, set-up measurement with chosen vendors, track performance of campaigns, articulate strategic insights, and business implications, develop post-campaign presentations. Present to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Create dynamic, compelling client presentations: Highlight the power of advanced targeting campaigns, leverage case studies and industry insights to use for pre-post sales efforts.
• Assist the Direct/Sr Direct and VP on industry Innovation projects and vendor explorations.
• Act as consultant to internal and external clients: Educate and inform them of key developments in advanced television and attribution techniques
• Assist in implementation of advanced targeting campaigns: Determine optimal dataset to use, apply highly creative and critical approach in developing consumer targets.

YOUR STORY: [+BEHAVIORS] (what you need to have)
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in advertising effectiveness research; strong knowledge of television and digital measurement and analytics. Preferably, experience with television data sets spanning both traditional (Nielsen) and emerging (Vizio, iSpot, VideoAmp, comScore, Tivo, Samba) viewing sources.
• Knowledge of attribution/ad effectiveness/survey methodologies preferred: Metrics and implementation across linear and digital video platforms; preferred, experience with platforms such as iSpot, LiveRamp, In-market (9D), and 605.
• Experienced working at an agency or an advertiser client a plus.
• Strong skills in power point and excel required.
• Strong presentation skills and able to create narratives with data.
• Proven strategic thinker with ability to formulate innovative data solutions to address complex problems and keep ahead of industry trends.
• Possess teamwork skills and leadership attitude, challenge norms and seek to understand the 'Why' to any task vs having the mindless soldier mentality.
• Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills as required to simplify complex data analytics for internal and external clients.
