The Teams

University Relations & Diversity Outreach: Work with all related internal and external collegiate activities and initiatives, which includes assisting with event planning and execution (campus activities, job fairs, diversity partner activations, etc.) and recruitment and facilitation of WarnerMedia's internship programs.

Sourcing: Touch each area of sourcing including market research, active sourcing, and candidate engagement, learning a little bit each day from experts who are passionate about our brands!

The Daily

Duties could include:
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative campaigns that embolden the WarnerMedia brand and find the right talent on open positions and/or future job openings
• Create communications for Talent Communities, email campaigns and social media posts to target candidates and advertise open job opportunities
• Partner with the Diversity Outreach, University Relations and Early Career teams by attending events and engaging top talent.
• Research, design and present a SWOT Analysis Deck focused on attracting and hiring diverse talent in the gaming industry
• Plan opportunities for WarnerMedia to creatively leverage new partnerships and hire diverse talent in gaming

The Essentials
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree; HR, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with MS Teams and/or Outlook preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication; must be able to communicate effectively with team members from entry to senior levels
• A passion for people – communication style that can engage talent and partners
• Solid research skills – you know how to find things on the internet and aren't scared of new technology
• This position is targeted toward upperclassmen and graduate students

Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th (optional time frames are available for students in a university quarter system); must be available for full program duration
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) required
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
