The Job

This Credits and Clearances team in the Marketing Services Department ensures contractual obligations are met and studio standard and practices are adhered to as they apply to a Film Marketing campaign materials, during the finishing processes. The intern will assist with the creation and maintenance of reports and charts, data entry duties, and provide administrative support to the Credits and Clearances team.

The Essentials
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, have excellent research skills, flexible with time- and task-management.
• Appreciation for the legal standards and practices of advertising
• Exposure to the film/television studio system

Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th (optional time frames are available for students in a university quarter system); must be available for full program duration
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) required
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
