The Job

WBSO Finance supports Warner Bros. Studio Operations (WBSO), which manages a multinational portfolio of some of the most important businesses at WarnerMedia (Studio Operations, Tours & Retail, Post Production Creative Services, Content Creative Services, and Virtual Production). This internship position is on the finance team that plays a vital role in the consolidation and reporting process for WBSO's quarterly forecasts, monthly updates, and strategic capital investment planning. This individual will assist with forecasting system administration, budgets and variance analysis submission, and preparation of key performance indicators summaries and various ad-hoc schedules for senior management.

The Daily
• Preparation and submission of monthly capital spend reports, forecasted project spend, capital cash forecast, and analysis of variances vs. budget/forecast
• Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and submission of WBSO P&L forecasts and capital budgets (annual and quarterly updates)
• Support month-end/quarter-end reporting deliverables to Corporate, Finance department management, and business unit operational management as required Prepare various operational reports, schedules, and analysis for senior management use

Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Spring 2022 program dates are January 24th - April 15th; must be available for full program duration
• Part-time schedule (16-24 hours/week) designed to work around class schedule
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
