WBSO Tours Finance Hybrid Intern PT- Spring 2022

The Job

Warner Bros. Studio Operations (WBSO) Burbank Tours Finance supports the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood. This unique attraction offers guests a behind-the-scenes view of a working studio, including sounds stages ready for filming, sets pieces and costumes from renowned WB productions, and the world-famous WB backlot. This internship position will support a variety of lines of business within the Studio Tour business unit, including the Tour attraction itself as well as multiple Retail and Food & Beverage operations. This intern will assist with daily revenue and attendance reporting, month end close reporting including budget variance analysis and key performance indicator preparation, opportunities to interact with finance and operations management, and more.

The Daily
• Assist and perform the preparation of the Tour Daily Operations report for WBSO Senior Management, which summarizes daily attendance and revenue from ticketing as well as the ancillary Retail and Food & Beverage businesses
• Assist in the preparation of Tour month end close deliverables, including journal entry submission, variance to budget analysis, and key performance indicator reporting
• Observe and assist in the preparation of a Tour quarterly Profit & Loss re-forecast
• Work with finance and operations management on various ad-hoc requests

• Detail oriented and thorough with a high level of initiative
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Spring 2022 program dates are January 24th - April 15th; must be available for full program duration
• Part-time schedule (16-24 hours/week) designed to work around class schedule
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
