Intern - Junior Digital & Sales

Job Description

The Job:
• Digital prints distribution: drives, digital keys, and satellite delivery.
• Data entry and data maintenance in the main management systems of the Sales Department

The Daily:
• Collecting exhibitors' digital data to digital keys issuing.
• WB and Sony systems maintenance with exhibitors' digital data (Maccs, MPS, Dicer, Ask)
• Verifying digital keys issuing (check of booking input in Maccs, sending kdm report to Tech ops London or directly requiring digital keys via ASK or MPS, checking the good receipt of digital keys)
• In contact with digital keys suppliers for technical problem solving (drives and digital keys problems)
• In contact with all exhibitors to solve potential issues related to the digital releases
• Supporting in satellite DCP delivery.
• Support in checking circuits GBO/ADMS and rental in Maccs
• Circuits bookings and holdovers entries in Maccs
• Checking of drive movements from and to the warehouses
• Archiving data

The Essentials:
• Must be a current student, finishing after June 2022
• Comfortable learning new systems
• Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Fluent Written and spoken English
