The Job

This internship will be working within the Digital Sales team reporting into the Digital Sales Manager. You will be assisting with Admin and Sales tasks across WB and client websites within the digital sales and Trade department.

The Daily

Primary responsibilities include:
• Carrying out store checks of launches and promotions across WB content.
• Content management and promotions on client websites.
• Maintenance of databases and calendars.
• Coordination of images for promotions and customer launches.
• Support in the preparation of reports.
• Tracking sales of promotions
• Support to Digital Sales Manager, Trade Marketing.
• Support Sales tracking by customer

The Essentials
• Native/fluent Spanish speaker
• Strong English-speaking skills
• Must be currently studying at university completing their degree no earlier than summer 2022
• Good IT knowledge being and confident user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point and Word)
• Person with good communications skills, proactive, well organised, and flexible.
