The Job: The intern will join the Consumer Products team, supporting the various Category Managers and providing administrative support to the department. A keen interest in fashion and retail is key.

The Daily:

Support for Category Managers (Promotions, Publications, Toys ...):
o Research and market relevant retailers and analyze the presence of WB licenses in the market vs competitors
o Coordinate meetings with the different partners
o Handle documentation in the different phases of approval of contracts
o Create / update presentations
o Control of final product samples
o Update, create and maintain databases and mailings
o Coordinate materials for magazines and catalogs
o Perform store checks for main retailers
o Support in inventory control of Warner Bros products at the different points of sale
o Implement and monitor promotional / marketing actions

Administrative support to the department:
o Management of Purchase Orders and Invoices
o Support with expense notes
o Travel coordination
o Control of samples and their storage

The Essentials:
• High level of English
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Keen interest in fashion/retail
• Person with initiative, autonomy and flexibility
• Student, studying a degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Business
