Job Description

Your New Role...
• The Publicity Intern will support the Publicity team with press screenings & events, produce reports on the departments' activities and assist with ad hoc tasks.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists.
• Maintain publicity agenda updated and coordinate members activities.
• Nominate outlets and journalists for participation to junkets and set visits abroad and negotiate press coverage from editors.
• Talent handling for local productions, international tours and events.
• Produce reports on Publicity activities to the Sr. Publicity Manager and Director.
• Provide In-house translations from English and Spanish (press materials, articles, headlines).
• Support the Publicity Department with press screenings, media promoted activities and organising publicity for tour junkets, premieres and festivals.
• Invoicing and Purchase Orders.
• Providing the team with up to date coverage of the media and entertainment landscape
• Send updates and publicity reports to local and EMEA Executives.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Publicity knowledge
• Marketing knowledge
• Social Media listening and online knowledge.
• Fluent English & Italian
• Knowledge of Accounting: SAP, I-campaign
• Travel flexibility
• Events coordination experience
• Spanish and International Media and Social Landscape knowledge.
• Public Relations Experience good but not essential
• Spanish language knowledge good but not essential
