Your New Role...

We are looking for passionate interns to join the Theatrical marketing team based in Malaysia. The team operates within the theatrical entertainment distribution business unit. Key activities primarily relate to the digital distribution of content and relevant marketing materials to local customers. Interns will get to support tasks related to sales, distribution and marketing of films in Malaysia and be exposed to working in a international company.

Candidates should be able to start in Q1 of 2023 and commit full-time for 12 to 16 weeks in our Malaysia office.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Some of your tasks may include:
• Assist in social management including postings on all WB MY platforms, social engagement and performance analysis
• Event planning such as: managing ticket redemptions for special screenings, preview ticket seat numbering
• Event coordination: premium items allocation, packing and fulfilment
• Ideation brainstorming and assisting in in-house localization of materials
• General marketing administration including downloading of source files, materials sorting, naming and taking charge on boxes and folder management
• Supporting ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications & Expertise...
• Studying towards a diploma or bachelor in a business, digital marketing or advertising specialization
• Be graduating by Summer 2024
• Able to commit full-time for 12 to 16 weeks in Q1'2023
• Be highly passionate about digital and theatrical marketing
• Be proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Be a confident and effective communicator and connect with internal and external stakeholders
• Be organized, detail oriented and an independent team player who is able to prioritize tasks and deadlines
