eSports Content Intern

San Mateo, CA

Sony Interactive Entertainment is looking for a Esports Content Intern to join our established, high performance team in San Mateo, CA. Our ideal candidate is hardworking and passionate about this field.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate current tournament user experience to provide recommendations on improvements to process and formatting
• Review content and content performance data to provide insights on messaging, format and potential new medium for promotion and acquisition by user group
• Research competitive landscape to identify benchmarks and potential opportunities for PlayStation Tournaments
• Provide regular market, tournament and content performance reporting
• Create annual retrospective on content portfolio looking for key insights and opportunities over pervious content
• Collaborate on creative design for key art creation for ongoing tournament programs.

Qualifications:
• Experienced researching markets and providing analysis covering best practices and recommendations
• Experience working in content creation, tournament operations or marketing
• Ability to communicate clearly in both small and large group settings
• Passion and knowledge of Esports industry and space
