3D Art Intern - Environment (Star Wars Team)

We're looking for a 3D Art Intern (Environment) to join the Star Wars team. We are only considering students who will be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in the summer of 2022 and are slated to graduate in Fall of 2022 or Spring of 2023.

What You'll Do…
• Create and deliver environmental game assets (e.g., props, tiling texture, set dressing)
• Participate in conversations about crafting visual experiences that will engage the audience
• Attend playtests and art reviews, actively seeking knowledge that will improve your work
• Introductory knowledge of game engines and artist tools.

Required Qualifications...
• Currently enrolled in a college, university degree program
• Available to work full-time hours for 10-12 weeks remotely due to COVID-19 restrictions
• Authorized to work in the US
• Experience with one or more of the following industry tools: 3D Studio Max, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, Unreal, Blender, etc.
• Demonstrate traditional art skills and creativity

Requirements:

Must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2022 (May - September depending on start date). We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2022, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2022 through June 2023. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime basis during the entirety of the internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
