Software Engineer Intern (PlayStation Accounts Service)

Sony Interactive Entertainment is looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join our established, high performance team in San Diego, CA. Our ideal candidate is hardworking and passionate about this field.

The Team

PlayStation Accounts Service provides 100s of API endpoints to retrieve and update 100s of millions of PlayStation accounts to a variety of services and clients. Interns would be assigned and supported through the process of design, implementation and testing of some feature within Account Services.

Ideal Requirements
• Proficient in Java
• Exposure to server side technologies such as HTML, REST, Web Application Servers, Databases
• Exposure to AWS technology, such as EC2, EKS and DynamoDB
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
• Strong technical abilities and a desire to learn new things
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
