The Business and Finance Systems Infrastructure team exists to provide exceptional hosting and infrastructure support for mission critical services at Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE). This role will focus on working with our finance and business partners to provide a highly available hosting infrastructure that is core to SIE business operations.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Cloud Engineer Intern, you'll be working on various cloud initiatives through all phases of design, implementation, and support. While contributing technically, this role will also require a passion for customer service demonstrated through problem solving, customer empathy and communication. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is eager to learn by taking on new challenges, while also demonstrating an equal commitment to helping others grow.

Qualifications
• Projected to graduate in 2024
• Experience in design and implementation of Linux installation, configuration and management.
• Experience in design and implementation of AWS installation, configuration and management.
• Experience in design and implementation of Terraform installation, configuration and management.
• Experience in design and implementation of Ansible installation, configuration and management.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Understanding of DNS and networking.
• Understanding of Storage and Disaster Recovery.
