Job Description
Responsibilities• Work closely with the TVD Sales team with updating monthly, weekly and quarterly product reports and licensee reports.
• Cross checking finalised deals with the production system to ensure correct details entered.
• Working on proactive initiatives with the TVD Sales team to go to market with.
• Provide administrative support for various projects including Budgets, presentations in PowerPoint etc.
• Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, help with expenses, and adhoc requirements
• Manage calendar and coordinate meetings/conference calls
• Maintain and update client databases and systems including SAP, Salesforce, Safe, and Microstrategy
• Monitor the marketplace for changes that affect sales activities, both directly and indirectly and researching current market trends.
• Identify new opportunities for sales as a result of new entrants, changing technology and/or delivery systems. In coordination with the TVD Sales team, develop sales strategies to quickly address and capitalize on these new opportunities.
Qualifications
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Work, Outlook and Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables & Macros is desireable but not definitive).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Well organized with great prioritization skills.
• Be a good communicator with an analytical mind and a desire to learn.
• Understanding of the Australian & American media landscapes, particularly TV.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Actively completing a business or legal degree in the 2023 year.
