Job Description
Responsibilities
The COVID-19 Employee Processes Coordinator will be a member of the Corporate HR team and support all NBCUniversal business segments in administering various employee processes related to COVID-19, with specific emphasis on vaccine accommodation and testing protocols. Coordinators will be assigned to support specific business segments and be expected to partner closely with their assigned internal HR teams and Employment Law partners to ensure a smooth return to the workplace for employees as it relates to multiple COVID-19 protocols.

The leadership team for this group is based in Universal City, California, and Coordinators will be encouraged to attend various trainings (virtually) and some in-person meetings may be requested, but not required. Remote applicants will be considered.

Please note: This role is a temporary staff position with an end date. Expected duration of the role is 6 months with the possibility of extension to one year from the start date.
• COVID-19 Vaccine Accommodations
• Intake and triage accommodation requests via case management system
• Record detailed notes and relevant documents via case management systems
• Assess accommodation requests using a standard internal rubric and escalate to Legal/Business HR teams when necessary
• Generate regular metrics detailing received, in progress, and closed accommodation requests and present these via executive summaries to business and enterprise HR leadership teams
• COVID-19 Test Management
• Identify employees who may be subject to regular testing and monitor compliance by reviewing results
• Notify appropriate individuals of positive test results
• General COVID-19 Employee Processes
• Complete additional administrative tasks assigned which may include, but are not limited to, general COVID-19 reporting and administrative management of various enterprise COVID-19 systems/processes
• Additional HR Shared Services Processes

Based on the workload of the specific business they support, Coordinators may also be asked to support general HR shared services processes that sit within our enterprise HR shared services team which may include, but are not limited to, benefits, payroll, and tax support

Qualifications/Requirements
• Previous HR, Business Continuity & Crisis Management, health, or administrative support experience
