Intern, Paid Media and Project Management

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Paid Media Responsibilities:
• Support the execution and trafficking of campaigns including but not limited to television, digital, radio, paid social, collateral, OOH and print.

• Assists with Spring Training media planning and seasonal pocket schedules.

• Reviews, tracks, and processes invoices and reconciles any discrepancies.

• Assist with campaign analysis across all owned channels, including building reporting decks and presentations for internal use.

Project Management Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the Brand Marketing content request process and work with the cross functional team to ensure priorities are clear and projects are completed on-time for paid and owned channel needs.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to excel at details, multitasking and working under pressure.

• Must have experience and skills in programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Outstanding written communication, spelling and grammar skills.

• Creative and a desire to think outside the box.

Time Commitment: February 2025 - October 2025.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Pay Rate: $17/hour.
