Job Description
Accounting Internship provides a unique opportunity to gain real world experience with a company that produces festival and live events.
This is a paid, in-person internship reporting to the Sr Accounting Manager. Applicants should be in the Austin area during employment to be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Enters data
• Maintains accounting files
• Makes bank deposits and runs other accounting errands
• Prepares and records journal entries.
• Sorts mail
• Performs accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Audits reports and billing statements
• Researches vendor inquiries
• Other duties, projects and events as assigned

Qualifications:
• Able to work 20 hours per week
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
