RESPONSIBILITIES
• Aid Procurement Manager in managing various sourcing projects across multiple festivals and areas of production.
• Research, analyze and map out spend data to identify cost saving opportunities, with an emphasis on production and operations spends.
• Partner and collaborate with Procurement Manager to maintain communication channels across key stakeholder departments to provide efficient and effective purchasing support.
• Partner and collaborate with Procurement Manager to evaluate vendors through methods such as vendor visitations and various objective performance measurements, including on-time delivery, service performance and price competitiveness
• Help establish and maintain new and existing relationships with vendors across multiple regions.
• Submit RFI, RFP and RFQs to new and existing vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school
• Must provide documentation from school that you will be receiving college credit for internship
• Typical commitment is 10-16 hours per week in one of our office location; this is not a fully remote position
• Must be motivated with an ''Everything is possible'' attitude
• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
• Knowledge of Insomniac's brands

INTERNSHIP ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May complete hours in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to complete tasks during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
