Summer Intern - Production Business

Job Description

The Job:

Intern will work with HBO and HBOMax Promo Production, Music Clearance, and Finance teams within the Direct-to-Consumer business division of WM

The Daily:
• Drafting of small agreements; managing and drafting weekly V.O. agreements pertaining to HBOMax and HBO promotional campaigns.
• Liaising with managers assistants at agencies to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Music duties shall assist with music clearance for HBO and HBO Max promo campaigns; duties include research on various data bases, digital filing, and assisting team as needed.
• Other duties shall include assisting the Finance team, as needed with digital filing.
• Attend weekly production meetings, monthly programming meetings, meetings with Legal and any other meetings, as needed.

The Essentials:
• Attention to detail is extremely important
• Able to multitask
• Must have a knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft and Excel

Internship Program:
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th (additional time frames are available for students in a university quarter system); must be available for full program duration
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
