Job Description

The Job:

As an Intern on the Design Management Infrastructure team you will help to further the operational and technical development and success of the image delivery workflow for WarnerMedia's streaming service. By attending internal software development Scrums, and daily client tooling meetings the Intern will assist in the ongoing technical development of tools and integrations that ingest, track, and communicate around specialized image assets in our proprietary CMS. The role will continue to innovate and develop the overall image workflow strategy and help to transition the Growth Marketing team to a new digital asset management system.

The Daily:
• Attend regular technical development Scrums and operational meetings.
• Take part in the gathering of use cases and user stories for a new Digital Asset Management system.
• Update and create technical documentation, and mapping of workflows, and development features to support on-going image tool delivery enhancements.
• Participate in user training and tool feedback sessions.
• Assist in user provisioning to support asset collaboration.
• Optimization and integration of workflow tracking report metrics.
• Conduct QA development testing and troubleshooting

Essentials:
• A passion for technology and working with images in a complex asset management workflow while developing software features.
• A keen interest in application development and technical project management.
• Experience working within Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, Box.com, and Monday.com is a plus.
• Familiarity with formulas, macros and scripting for Excel and Google Sheets.
• Study in Marketing, or Acquisitions Marketing is a plus.
• An obsession for Movies and TV.
• Working on a Computer Science Degree (B.A. or B.S.).

Internship Program:
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Spring 2022 program dates are January 24th - April 15th; must be available for full program duration
• Part-time schedule (16-24 hours/week) designed to work around class schedule
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
• Competitive salary; relocation is not provided
