Epic Games End User Technology Team is looking for a smart, creative End User Engineering Intern to join them for Summer 2023. Our Interns are given challenging projects over the work term, and are provided with a meaningful experience with high expectations for performance. The End User Technology Team focuses on delivering high end solutions to enhance Epic users' day to day experiences and workflows. From delivering high end workstations that fit developer needs, configuring cloud platforms, or developing custom automated workflows End User Technology touches most of the systems Epic uses on a day to day basis to get their jobs done.

In This Role You Will: We are looking for someone highly motivated and data driven to expose the metrics behind many core systems in an easily digestible way. You would help to develop and pioneer a data visualization and metrics platform that can be developed and offered as an internal ''SAS'' platform to other teams. You would also be working with key stakeholders to go through this process and onboard them into the platform.
• Onboard several SAS applications into a metrics/data visualization platform to show targeted KPIs to stakeholders.
• Work with key influencers in the business to drive platform adoption, as well as perfect the onboarding experience onto the platform.
• Gather feedback and work with a team to roadmap / develop features for the business.
• Build SQL queries to pull information about operating system status and health
• Organize and extract valuable insights required for device visibility, vulnerability management, compliance, and audits

What We're Looking For:
• Data driven mindset and enjoys presenting that data to others.
• Able to work with stakeholders and determine needs around data visualization.
• Previous experience working with a monitoring or data visualization system.
• Programming experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs.
