People Experience

Most companies call it HR. At Electronic Arts we made the deliberate decision to brand our organization People Experience (PE). It is not just a play on words, PE is a team of cultural stewards who carefully create programs and talent strategies that directly impacts our teams' experience and enables our People to achieve the most meaningful work of their careers.

We're responsible for recruiting the best diverse talent on the planet and supporting their growth through learning programs, internal mobility, affinity group participation, and leadership development. We listen to our employees and dive into analytics to anchor our recommendations and decisions to keep engagement high. Last but not least, we're responsible for a total rewards strategy that incentivizes equitably, provides outstanding benefits, and ensures a safe and inspiring workplace for our teams.

Role Overview: As a Program Management Intern, you will be part of our Program Management Office (PMO) within the People Experience Function (PE) team to support transformative programs and identify more efficient ways of working. The PMO team is a new organization that innovates how our HR department, People Experience (PE), operates to ensure simple, awesome experiences for EA's employees.

Role Responsibilities:
• You will collaborate with the PMO team, and members of the PE community to collaborate on core PE Programs and how we guide scalability across EA
• You will seek and guide teams to think about process efficiency with process mapping projects
• You will map processes in Promapp as they are redesigned
• You will support building a process re-engineering toolkit and methodology
• You will create customized presentations and Smartsheets views to support leadership conversations re: program timelines and sequencing

Role Requirements:
• You are earning a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field and graduating in December 2021 or beyond
• You have 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources or Program Management
• You have knowledge of HR, i.e. Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Recruiting, or HR Business Partnership
• You are familiar with process mapping: you can define ambiguous works into defined chunks, and articulate through a process map
• You have basic program management skills: disambiguating complex programs and structure work into a project plan with concrete steps and deliverables
• You have experience managing complex and global relationships across the organization - with peers, upwards, and with center of expertise partners
