• You are studying in the penultimate year of an undergraduate degree
• Available to commence a full-time, 1-year placement in summer 2021
• Available and eligible to work in Guildford, UK, without the need for visa or relocation support

Responsibilities:
• You will support us with daily PE functions across multiple business groups such as our Game Studio, Marketing and Corporate teams
• You will provide operational support to our PE Partners
• You will assist us in PE program and project implementation
• You will support us with projects across our wider PE teams including: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Mobility
• You will develop foundational and functional People Experience skills whilst having the opportunity to make a difference by sharing your own insights and ideas
Requirements:
• HR-related degree or modules, or can demonstrate an interest in HR (i.e. through work experience)
• Curiosity to learn and eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
• You will demonstrate experience of handling confidential information
