EA SPORTS FC Franchise Marketing:
Join us as an Associate Manager, on the EA SPORTS FC Franchise Marketing team. The Franchise Marketing team partners with the a cross-functional set of partners; namely Studio, Strategy, and Commercial teams to:
• Develop and execute FC marketing strategy at a franchise level and activations on a FC premium level both in-game and via marketing campaigns globally.
• Lead the Reveal and Launch plans for EA SPORTS FC in addition to the subsequent live service that operates 365 days a year.
• Operate as a consistent cross-functional touchpoint, ensuring all teams are driving together towards a singular long-term vision.
• Manage our cross-functional partners and external agency support, including but not limited to day-to-day communications, briefing, and activity tracking.
What you will work on:
• You will primarily work across Ultimate Team, Player Career, Manager Career and Clubs with a focus on the marketing materials relevant to those modes.
• You will focus on not only the initial strategic alignment (the brief which is inclusive of research/insight discovery) but also how those ideas develop and are then executed throughout the title.
• You will work cross functionally to develop these experiences across a number of teams to ensure we meet the objectives.
• You will work with internal teams to provide reporting and post mortem analyses on the in-game and out-of-game activations.
• You will also track status updates and the communication of risks/opportunities to the team.
Who you will work with:
You will be part of the central team (who are primarily based in Vancouver, Canada), but you will also closely partner with our global teams in the rest of Europe, North America and APAC, including teams such as Studio, Media, Creative, Franchise Strategy and Athlete Marketing among others.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor's, Master's, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. PAY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
• $60,000 - $65,000 CAD
The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
