Product Manager Co-op MBA Competitive Gaming Entertainment

Competitive Gaming Entertainment (CGE) at EA is built around creating engaging programs that bring the thrill of competition to fans around the world. We build events and create content to engage fans of FIFA, FIFA Online, Apex Legends, Madden and more. We want to make the most entertaining experiences for our fans and need storytellers and innovators to join our fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating multiple partners within EA and outside EA to ensure programs are executed and delivered on time and at quality
• In partnership with our Dev teams, analyzing existing process and tools, prioritizing and executing improvements to increase efficiency across teams
• Directly manage the implementation of CGE Vanity on FIFA (concept, asset development and validation)
• Coordinate Twitch Extensions execution with EA and third-party partners
• Coordinate and manage the In-game content creation workflow to support CGE events

Qualifications:
• Pursuing an MBA with undergrad in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business or related field
• High empathy for players
• Strong business acumen balanced with strong creative abilities
• Understanding of the latest consumer internet and mobile trends
• Performance-driven team player with outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: product management, consumer internet / e-commerce products, Agile SW development, design / creative industry (e.g., working at agency)
