Development Manager Co-Op (January 2022 - 8 Months)

EA QV helps improve quality in our games through test practices, qualitative feedback and new ideas. Our teams work with all groups associated with building outstanding games. We help shape the future from the way games are created, to how they are played and viewed.

We're a part of Development Technology and Services (DTS) which powers EA Studios to create greater experiences. DTS is a global team and also the largest studio within EA, consisting of Engineering Services, Studio Data Insights and Quality Verification and Standards.

What you'll do on our team:

The role of a Development Manager requires the ability to plan and track progress against the project, manage risks and requirements, all in close collaboration with other DTS teams and the development teams. We ask that you have a partnership with both internal team members and with external teams. You will report to a senior engineer or development director.

Responsibilities:
• You will help develop test strategies
• You will help manage team capacity plans, project scoping and change requests
• You will report on project status and team metrics
• You will assess and communicate on status of risk
• You will evolve processes and update the corresponding documentation
• You will support engineering team with their daily requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:
• Educational background: Completing a Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent
• Enjoy working with a variety of teams, including team members across different time zones
• Experience in Project Management or Project Coordination
• Advanced skills in Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Cares about games and delivering a high-quality gamer experience
