''LIVE'' boasts its trademark ''host chat'' at the top of the show but is basically variety programming at its best.

A Day in the Life…

Interns at LIVE! help to make the daily operations of the production run smoothly. Interns will assist the show by acting as production assistants during taping of the show as well as in the production office. Interns will help producers with research for cooking and lifestyle segments as well as gathering information for celebrity interviews. Interns will have the opportunity to observe different areas of the show's production both on and off the set. Interns will support the staff by answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, running errands, answering the intern email account, and other production tasks that come up throughout the day. You will gain knowledge and experience in audience development and television production.
