JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Executive Producer is a passionate, proactive, extremely organized and communicative leader, responsible for the development of our feature film department and for inspiring and managing creative production teams across multiple company websites. The Executive Producer assists our Director/Producers with content strategy in addition to business management of their individual websites. The Executive Producer will be hands-on and accountable for the each team’s financial results. This role is also responsible for staff development, training and mentorship; grow and motivate a team while fostering strong cross-group/departmental collaboration, to ensure the achievement of departmental and company goals and vision while not losing sight of the development of the people who are making it possible.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Executive Producer is responsible for managing the production team to ensure the timely, cost effective and high quality execution of developing and producing our media content.
2. Responsible for budget and management of the feature film department for the Company.
3. Executive Producer will work closely with Directors, providing on-going management support and leadership to ensure they are achieving their creative vision while keeping in alignment with the Company’s values, goals and overall vision.
4. EP of Production will work closely with Executive Team Members to support company wide initiatives.
5. As a visible leader internally and externally, the Executive Producer will develop solid strategic relationships with key executives within the Company as well as within the adult media entertainment industry and supporting communities that interact and interface with the organization and its affiliates.
6. The EP of Production will work closely with CEO to establish shooting policies and guidelines to ensure all content is directly linked to Company’s vision and promotion strategy.
7. Executive Producer will work closely with CEO and VP of Marketing to ensure creative content being produced is accurately and effectively represented in all marketing and branded materials produced by the marketing department and keeps in pace with current industry standards in addition to being in alignment with overall company vision.
8. Executive Producer will work closely with IT & Operations teams to ensure that Production Department has the necessary tools to maximize productivity and that Directors have enough technical and artistic license to effectively and positively manage their sites, and more specifically the overall end users (paid member’s) experience.
9. Executive Producer will be responsible for individual development and mentorship of all direct reports and management staff (which includes but is not limited to performance goals, allocating of resources and setting policies for directors and management team.)

Perform other job-related duties and work on special projects as required.

Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. The successful candidate has solid working knowledge of film and production processes.
2. The successful candidate has conceived and produced content for online media as well as feature film production
3. The successful candidate has outstanding and proven leadership and communication skills and has the ability to manage, organize and maximize resources of large creative team
4. The successful candidate has managed entire production operation including preproduction, post production,
5. The successful candidate has developed and produced creative content that leveraged strategic alliances and cross media platforms.
6. The successful candidate is an experienced creative partner who is comfortable with all levels film production and internal management as well as external partnerships within adult media and entertainment industry and film community (specifically those related to BDSM).
7. The candidate will have solid business acumen will excellent creative instincts to be able to plan for, initiate and manage change.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. BA or MFA in related field or discipline
2. Minimum 10 years of film production experience
3. Minimum 5 years management experience, preferably in film production or creative environment
4. Experience with production of Adult Media content (more specifically BDSM) desired
5. Experience with coaching, developing and mentoring creative teams, essential.
