DRIVER

The Driver position is primarily responsible for picking up and delivering assets to and from clients and vendors, and for running occasional company errands. The Driver maintains a daily driver’s log of client, recipient’s name, pickup/delivery location, date, time and tracking info.

The Driver is responsible for adhering to safety and traffic laws. The position also upholds My Eye Media’s security policies in the movement, tracking and storage of assets and elements.

The position will also assist Vault personnel in entering new assets and elements into the company’s inventory database, barcoding new elements received in-house, checking in and out elements to and from in-house personnel and out-of-house clients and vendors, and preparing elements for shipment.

COMPENSATION

Salary for the Driver position is $10 per hour. We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance as well as paid vacation time.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalency) and 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional driving capacity.

Candidates must provide their own vehicle, must have held a drivers license for a minimum of 10 years and must meet our insurance underwriter's requirements for the position.

• Candidates must have a valid California driver license and clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of media formats, standards and aspect ratios is helpful.
• Candidates must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with coworkers, clients, delivery personnel and vendor staff.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Candidates must have the ability to think in a clear, logical and organized manner and work under minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of FileMaker and Outlook is helpful.
• Candidates must have the ability to use the Internet as a research tool, when required.
