Tape Operator (Freelance)

Deluxe, a world leader in Film, Video and Digital services to the Entertainment Industry is in need of a tape operator. This is a temporary position.

Experience in the operation of broadcast VTR for the purpose of duplication, standards conversion, aspect ratio conversion etc. Ability to perform repetitious entries in a fast paced work environment with accuracy.
Intimate Knowledge of all standard & high definition video formats and VTRs.
Must have strong organizational skills, experienced in inventory management system and a keen eye for detail and possess strong analytical skills.
Candidate must have the ability to handle / sort incoming product and sort in appropriate locations.
Helpful if candidate has post production or production experience and is fluent with videotape and film formats.
Flexible work week schedules.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the operation of broadcast VTRs for the purpose of duplication, standards conversion, aspect ratio conversion etc.

Intimate knowledge of all standard & high definition video formats and VTRs

•Must have at least 2 years of post facility experience

•No out of state applicants
