BILLING COORDINATOR

We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to prepare and process invoices using QuickBooks software. The position includes various office duties, including bookkeeping and purchasing activities plus occasional filing, data entry and telephone support.

COMPENSATION

Salary range is $45,000 to $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer competitive wages to all of our employees based on requisite experience and skills. We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance as well as paid vacation time.

Job Requirements
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.

Solid working knowledge of FileMaker, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Experience in bookkeeping, administration and general business.

Working knowledge of film/video/audio/digital formats, standards and workflows.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Ability to effectively interact and communicate with clients, coworkers and vendors.

Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills for summarizing and communicating findings.

Ability to think in a clear, logical and organized manner and work under minimal supervision.
