Job Description:
Seeking an Administrative Assistant to an International Music Agent, responsible for booking and servicing all clients on company roster.
This is an exciting position, with growth potential, where knowledge of (and passion for) music/concerts/talent management is essential. Applicant must be detailed-oriented, possess strong phone skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Duties include clerical duties such as light filing, answering phones, creating invoices, and managing a high quantity of email traffic.
Applicant will also facilitate communication between Artist management & concert promoters, collect ticket counts, and become familiar with international concert promoters and venues. Other duties include typing contract forms, tracking buyer signed contracts, deposits and be sure to maintain accurate database of contacts and scheduling.
This is a very fast paced work atmosphere.

Job Requirements
Candidate must be familiar with MS Office applications, particularity Word and Excel,basic web applications/design, social networking a must, MAC/APPLE knowledge important and willing to work long hours when necessary. Familiarity with world geography a plus.
