Job Description:
Lionsgate is the leading next generation filmed entertainment studio and is a major producer and distributor of motion pictures, home entertainment, family entertainment, television programming, video-on-demand and digitally delivered content.
Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Media Manager/Coordinator in our Theatrical Marketing department. This position will report to Executive Director of Media & Research and will work closely with media agency to successfully execute media plans and added value promotions locally. In addition, responsibilities will include ensuring the media agency delivers quarterly posts/reports/updates, overseeing the trafficking and clearance of creative materials, writing executive summaries for media plans and media reports, overseeing media audits and media audit vendors, coordinating with our Theatrical A/V, Publicity, Distribution, and Promotions departments to ensure media promotions run smoothly, and working on special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will not only be creative enough to work with an award winning advertising team, but also extremely organized and detail oriented with excellent math, computer, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and handle constantly changing deadlines, be able to work long hours, willing to travel if required, and have exceptional communication skills. Candidates should have 2 - 3 years of similar experience working in media and/or entertainment, and a college degree is required.
