The Gersh Agency is seeking an ambitious Assistant to Head of Talent Department.

Daily duties include: script coverage, heavy phones, tracking client appointments, submissions, scheduling etc.

The ideal candidate is intelligent, resourceful, articulate, polished, and professional - someone that wants to be an agent.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year experience working for a Talent Agent. Candidates must be extremely detailed, computer literate, organized and possess a high level of initiative.
