Job Description:
International Creative Management, the prominent talent and literary agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to an International Comic - Concert Agent, responsible for booking and servicing all concert events for a major LA Agency.
This is an exciting position, with growth potential, where knowledge of (and passion for) concerts/comic talent management is essential. Applicant must be detailed-oriented, possess strong phone skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. They must be familiar with MS Office applications, particularity Word and Excel, and willing to work long hours when necessary. Familiarity with world geography a plus.
Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the international "stand-up" Comic industry and a career working at an agency. ICM offers a competitive entry-level salary plus excellent benefits.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements include solid administrative duties, ability to handle busy phones, creating invoices, and managing a high quantity of email traffic. Applicant will also facilitate communication between Artist management & concert promoters, collect ticket counts, and become familiar with international concert promoters and venues.
