Job Description:
A Video/DVD distribution company has an immediate opening for a Sales Administrative Assistant for our domestic Video/DVD Sales Department. This position will assist the sales force with sales material needed. Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports per the Senior Vice President's request. Track pre-orders for all new releases and other releases that need tracking. Maintain bulk and distributor mail list. Prepare all material needed for nationwide mailings to over 5,000 retailers. Create buyer letters and send kits to distributors for all releases. Will assist in the booking and set up of various trade shows and will be asked to work some of those shows.
Job Requirements
This individual must possess great attention to detail, excellent computer skills with a comfort level in MS Word and Excel. Must be extremely organized and able to meet deadlines. Responsibilities will also include booking suites, rooms, and flights for a majority of the domestic Video/DVD trade shows. This position requires a person who wants to grow with the company and must be a total team player.
