Job Description:
The NBC Agency is a full service in-house advertising agency servicing the advertising and promotional needs of all divisions of the television network, NBCUniversal Television Studios and Distribution, NBCUniversal Cable channels including USA, Sci Fi, BRAVO, CNBC, MSNBC and Hispanic networks Telemundo and MUN2 services.
BROADCAST GRAPHIC DESIGNER
This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced On-Air Advertising & Promotion department of The NBC Agency, and create graphics for various NBC Universal clients including "Today," "Dateline," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "Saturday Night Live" and others. The successful candidate will conceptualize, develop and animate broadcast design projects such as on-air promos, bumpers, ID's, show opens, and sales/marketing material.
Job Requirements
Creative design and animation skills; photography, video and drawing skills a plus.
Must be proficient in latest versions of Mac OS X operating system and Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, 3D applications including Alias Maya desired.
2-4 years network or agency experience, preferably in the promotion or commercial world.
Familiarity with videotape production.
Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and function as a team player when required.
Reel of Design/Animation work, three samples of storyboards, and address/link to website or online portfolio, if available
