Sr. Financial Analyst - Planning & Ultimates

This role holds responsibility for Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Planning & Forecast Activities for the Motion Picture Planning & Ultimates group.


Desired
  • Motion picture or television experience is preferred

    Responsibilities Include:
  • Obtaining information from the various business units
  • Preparing financial analyses, and presenting your findings in summary reports
  • Maintaining and updating the balance sheet and cash flow models
  • Significant involvement in the strategic and annual planning processes
  • Develop new procedures to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the forecasts

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of financial accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of income statement and cash flow analysis is essential
  • Extremely detail-oriented, capable of managing several highly complex spreadsheets
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, with excellent Microsoft Excel modeling skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team are all essential for success in the fast-paced environment
  • Must be a problem solver, a team player, and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization where situations change daily
