Job Description:
Blue Man Group is searching for an Associate Resident General Manager for its Las Vegas production.
This position works directly with the Resident General Manager to ensure the smooth operation and management of the Vegas production.
Responsibilities include: supervise up to six managers; monitor the day-to-day administration of financial, marketing, legal, front-of-house, retail and HR operations; ensure that the Vegas company is adhering to the company's policies and procedures; execute and coordinate department meetings and special projects.
Job Requirements
Candidates must be highly organized, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. 2+ years General Management and/or similar supervisory experience required.
