An entertainment distribution company has an immediate opening for an Attorney in our Business & Legal Affairs department. This position will negotiate and draft all aspects of acquisition agreements and amendments for television and home video acquisition for the company, and analyze existing contracts.

The ideal and successful candidate will be a highly motivated attorney with the ability to negotiate and execute business transactions.

In addition, the candidate should be detailed oriented, highly organized, and have experience in business affairs in the entertainment industry. This position requires a person who wants to grow with the company and must be a total team player.
