Prefer 2 years experience in a Help Desk position. This position will support the needs of approx. 400 employees with computer
technical support.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities include the following; telephone troubleshooting and support with basic problems in applications and operating systems, dispatch and track service calls, some invoice processing and some clerical administration.
Candidate should have a strong knowledge of NT 4.0 client, Macintosh and Windows 95. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office a must. Also required to have strong Filemaker Pro authoring skills. Novell and NT adminstration a plus. Email Administration skills are desirable.
The candidate must be a team player with strong communication skills, on-going customer service attitude and a sense of humor.
