Executive Position:  Director of Education
Entertainment Industry (Voice Over Casting/Voice Over Education)
Full-time, full benefits, generous perks
This is a department head (producer/management) position with the top Voice Over Casting & Education company in Los Angeles.
 
The focus in this position:  voice over education.
 
This position oversees and accomplishes all aspects of producing and marketing an entire curriculum of voice over acting classes.
A key aspect of this position:  counseling prospective students by phone. 
 

Job Requirements:

4 year college degree, or equivalent experience.
Experience in producing/coordinating events, in this case the events will be:  classes.
Experience in scheduling and marketing events.
Experience in one-on-one phone counseling  for potential students seeking advisement on our voice over education curriculum.
You are a great listener, and responsive to the questions and needs of potential students.
Strong skills and experience for marketing in all media, primarily:  online, written, spoken.  You think outside the box with creative marketing ideas. 
You develop a rhythm for the scheduling and frequency factor of classes needed,
And scheduling all related personnel.
An openness to do ''whatever is needed'', to function without ceremony including basic office support tasks such as: taking the mail to the post office, making copies, filing,  running credit cards, creating reports, etc. 
Contributions to the voice over casting department might be in place, as needed.
 
Critical - Experience needed:
Word, Excel, Photoshop, Garage Band, Google Calendar, Constant Contact, and all social media.
Audio editing ability is a plus.
Experience with Apple/Mac computers.
Creating marketing communications on Constant Contact.
Ability to edit/modify/add to our website. (Weebly)
Strong vocabulary and writing skills are a must.
Candidate should be driven, detail oriented, and can naturally anticipate the department's needs, the needs of our team, and the needs of our students.
Automobile required.
