Job Description:

• Generate legal and sales reports as required
• Track the status of deal memos, agreements, and amendments
• Format and proofread documents
• Maintain contract files and contract procedures
• Assist in identifying and drafting contractual terms, riders, addendums & amendments as approved by Business Affairs
• Draft letters to clients
• Participate in meetings with various departments and take detailed notes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Various ad hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong written and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve
• Flexibility and adaptability necessary to maintain high levels of service for internal and external customers
• Self-starter with a driven, motivated work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and employees 
• Strong proficiency with Word and Excel required 
• Knowledge of TV Distribution legal and business terminology a plus
• Must be able to perform increasingly challenging administrative and project tasks in a fast-paced organization with minimal supervision
