Job Description:

•Prepare journal entries and related supporting documentation as part of the monthly financial close process for the Corporate Accounting department 
•Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, revenue analyses, and other internal reporting required by management
•Assist in the preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and related supporting schedules 
•Prepare cash and P&L reports utilized in monthly deliverables to management, board of directors, lenders, and stockholders
•Prepare schedules for annual financial statement audits and SOX internal control audits
•Assist corporate planning division on specific requests required for annual budgeting process
•Liaise with various divisions across the organization
•Prepare various ad hoc analyses as needed by Management

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related area / CPA preferred
•3-5 years of experience in an accounting environment
•Advanced spreadsheet and database skills 
•Excellent skills in Excel is required
•SAP/Essbase knowledge is a plus
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills is a must
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize work 
•Confidentiality, diplomacy, reliability, and flexibility are requirements for success in this role 
•Prior public accounting experience is a plus
•Experience in entertainment industry accounting is a plus
